the developers were asking for feedback on what to include as a bonus for prestiging. i wrote that they should give us things like sunglasses, bunny slippers, gold chains, a cookie, or "i prestiged and all i got was this t-shirt" t-shirt for in-game character.

but most likely they will do it the same as mw2: more create a class slots.

oh. could i trouble anyone for a few minutes to recalibrate my controller (fragnstein) and get accustomed to the buttons/layout in MW2? like in a private match. i want to play R2 with duxy, but i feel so damn awkward playing MW2 with my fraggy again.

Kuz I'm only playing R2 at the moment to unlock 'Killing machine' trophy.. Averaging about 20-25 kills a match. Though I get games where I lag terribly, and can't believe how bad I do in some matches. But the main thing that really pisses me off is I can never beat wraith noobs. Just reminds me how shit the game was. I wont be touching this again after I get this trophy. I'm about 900 kills off so it will be soon hopefully. And when thats done... Good riddens!

I'll get back into MW2 as it's been a while since drinks.. In preparation that I won't feel so out of place when Black ops arrives. I'll still be playing RDR too

dont judge sniping off of that noob though. its the dragunov, which most likely has the least accuracy of all the snipers. AND, this noob has his controller set to 8 (u can see in the beginning). AND hes trying to quick scope while running n gunning with the sniper rifle... so i still have high hopes for sniping.

AND if its true that scout Pro makes the sway less when aimed, that is very beneficial for sniping. that makes me wanna snipe more.

it was funny watching him try to kill the RCcar, then the car turns around, so he sprints in the other direction, and gets bombed! funny.

this looks very much like MW2, but i dont say that as a bad thing. with all the gadjets and perks and weapons, i will still find a way to do what i like doing best without having to conform to L/M run gun only. im excited too.

also, i want to point out that the maps will (obviously) change what type of strategy to use. for instance, in this map (Launch) there was constant alarms going off, as well as the actual missles or whatever being launched. all this made it impossible to hear footsteps. (im using headphones at work). so this to me means that something like ninja would be practically worthless on this map (unless u wanted the pro effect). i like this, in that some maps require different approaches.

also, he gets a Death machine (gatling gun) from CP. he equips it, but dies immediately. he STILL had it available and pulled it out for his next life. i wonder if its because he didnt fire a bullet (ie, use it for one life) or if u can use it over multiple lives until bullets are exhausted. it looked pretty beefy, exactly the way it was on Predator when Jesse the Body Ventura used it.

also, for scavenger. he started out with 30/90 rounds for m16. i actually dont recall, but i dont think u can carry more than the basic amount on MW2. anyways, without pro, he picked up more and more ammo, until he had about 30/168. which tells me, u can still carry the MAX amount without Pro. u just dont start out with it all.

Yeah I never played it enough until I joined the clan so was always a bit behind with my kills. Would save my best performances partying with you guys. I would practice in unranked games. But now I dont really care. I've dropped my KDR by nearly 1 as I've just gone in blazing and faceing wraiths or pulse cannons etc. There are still some hardcore players out there who kill you in a second.

Yeah that's what I mean, If everyone trying to quick scope like this, there will be less snipers just running around shooting guys point blank.. Who knows...

Yeah the killcam was so funny "oh shit, it's coming right at me.. better run!". Shows that you may need to sacrife a grenade or something to get rid of those things? Or have a better aim haha

as i suspected, this vid confirms that a decent player using Lw/SoH/Mara can wreak some serious havok. he doesnt use it to knife ppl in the back. he uses it to sprint around the map and kill them from the side/back with SMG or any weapon he finds. this kinda worries me, since other classes will become vulnerable.

edit: at 3:00 he goes through some gas, most likely the Nova Gas. kinda cool effect. it slows him down just a bit, and seems to do slow dmg (like a poison). interesting.

One other thing to complain about in MW: Shitty HS! hit detection. Stuff that is clearly a HS 'isn't" & shots in the gut count at times. I guess it evens out, but...
